Radon is a radioactive gas. It is formed by the natural radioactive decay of uranium in rock, soil and water. Naturally existing, low levels of uranium occur widely in Earth's crust. Radon is colorless, odorless, tasteless and chemically inert. Once produced, radon moves through the ground to the air above. It can be found in all 50 states. Unless you specifically test for it, there is no way of telling how much is present. The Surgeon General has warned that radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. |

When you buy a car, truck or other vehicle on credit, your creditor retains important rights in the vehicle until you have made your last payment. These rights are established by the contract you signed and by state law. The failure to make timely payments carries serious consequences. Your creditor then has the right to "repossess" (take back) your car without going to court or without warning you in advance. However, state law does place limits on how the creditor may repossess the vehicle and resell it to reduce or eliminate your debt. |

Rightful Rejection |

Buyer may reject a defective product even though a delivery slip was signed stating that it was received in good order if it is done according to the F.S. 672, and if purchase is made on credit. This is very technical, therefore consumer may want to consult an attorney. |
